Nurturing Talent in HR: Youth Development in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development

In its ongoing commitment to fostering the growth and development of the nation’s youth, the Youth Development Administration is pleased to announce opportunities in the field of Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development. This initiative, denoted by Reference Number YD/NO/09, is a 24-month program aimed at equipping young professionals with the skills and knowledge required for success in the dynamic field of HR. Successful candidates will be rewarded with monthly stipends, commensurate with their educational qualifications.

Stipend Structure:

  • National Diploma: Up to R5,000 per month
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Up to R5,500 per month
  • Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Qualification: Up to R6,500 per month
  • Honours Degree: Up to R6,500 per month
  • All 4 years and Professional degrees: Up to R7,000 per month
  • Master’s Degree: Up to R7,500 per month

Educational Requirements:

Candidates interested in contributing to the HR field through these roles must possess one of the following qualifications:

  • National Diploma

Qualifications should be in the specialized domains of Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development.
