Hire All is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us as a Senior Hire Controller. As a key player in our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring efficient stock and cash management, and overseeing the overall operations of the branch.

Key Outputs:

  • Target-Driven Performance: Achieve and exceed set targets in sales, cash collections, credit control, staff management, and stock management.
  • Effective Managerial Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills.
  • Motivational Leadership: Act as a strong motivator for both sales and staff, fostering an environment that generates above-average sales.
  • Technical Aptitude: Possess technical knowledge and ability to assess the output of the workshop, ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a branch manager, preferably in civils, construction, or mining. Plant hire experience would be a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated: Confidence, self-motivation, and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Technical Competence: Fair understanding of Excel and its applications.
  • Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to transfer to various branches as required.
  • Educational Background: Tertiary studies in Business Management will be advantageous.
