· Admin & filing
· Invoicing & Quotes
· Basic Accounting
· VAT data capturing
· Dealing with customers & suppliers
· Planning & organizing
Candidate Requirements:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to arrange and plan things fast & get things done.
· Must be able to work with a team
· Must be computer literate and be able to work on MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience in an Administrator role.
· Must have reliable transport
