Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders: Youth Development Administration Opportunities

In a concerted effort to nurture the potential of the nation’s youth and foster their professional growth, the Youth Development Administration initiative is offering a comprehensive 24-month program. This initiative aims to equip young talents with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in various administrative fields. As a participant in this program, individuals will receive a monthly stipend based on their educational qualifications, ranging from National Diploma to Master’s Degree.

Stipend Structure:

  • National Diploma: Up to R5,000 per month
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Up to R5,500 per month
  • Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Qualification: Up to R6,500 per month
  • Honours Degree: Up to R6,500 per month
  • All 4 years and Professional degrees: Up to R7,000 per month
  • Master’s Degree: Up to R7,500 per month

  2. Constitutional Development (Ref No: YD/NO/02) – 2 Posts
  3. HRD (Ref No: YD/NO/03) – 1 Post
  4. Facility Management (Ref No: YD/NO/04) – 1 Post
  5. Strategic Planning (Ref No: YD/NO/05) – 2 Posts
  6. Monitoring and Evaluation (Ref No: YD/NO/06) – 2 Posts
  7. Service Delivery (Ref No: YD/NO/07) – 2 Posts
  8. Programme and Projects Management (Ref No: YD/NO/08) – 1 Post

Educational Requirements:
